We always try to deliver the best quality but we are also human. Did we do something wrong? We're sorry! Contact us here. We strive to answer you within 24 hours of contacting us by email. Our helpful support staff will sort things out. If, for some reason, we can't work out the complaint, you can look for mediation in the dispute. You can look for mediation via the Foundation ValuedShops/WebwinkelKeur (this applies to Dutch and Belgian customers only).
Complaints for European citizens
For European citizens, it is also possible for consumers to report complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. The ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If we do not yet handle your complaint, you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform. Again, we don't think this is necessary since we can always find a solution to your problem.
